Child Safety Standards

Last updated: 11 October 2026

These standards apply to the LibComPlus app (Android: com.libcomplus.app, and app.libcomplus.com), published by AENSSecurX LLC, a limited liability company of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania (United States), registration number 0014745325, and to all its spaces: conversations, groups, calls, lives, channels, communities, moments, videos and shops. They supplement our Terms and our Privacy Policy.

Zero tolerance

LibComPlus prohibits any content or behaviour that sexually exploits, abuses or endangers children, including:

  • child sexual abuse material in any form (images, videos, drawings, generated or altered content);
  • soliciting a child for sexual purposes ("grooming"), including sending sexual content to a minor or asking a minor for it;
  • sextortion, and any threat to share intimate images of a minor;
  • child trafficking, and promoting the exploitation of children in any form;
  • any content that sexualises a minor.

There are no exceptions: humour, fiction, art, a claimed educational purpose or alleged consent change nothing.

Minimum age

LibComPlus is for people aged 16 and over. Everyone declares this when signing up. Broadcasting a live, receiving gifts and seeing ads are reserved for adults. If you think someone under 16 is using LibComPlus, report their account or write to us (address below).

How to report

In the app:

  • A message: long-press the message, tap Report this message, then choose Endangerment of a minor.
  • An account: open the person's profile, tap Report, then choose Endangerment of a minor.
  • A moment, channel, community, video or video comment: open the content's menu, tap Report, then choose Endangerment of a minor.

You get an acknowledgement. You can also block the person from their profile: they will no longer be able to contact you.

By email: write to [email protected]. Describe what you saw, where, and the name or identifier of the account involved. Never attach an image or video of abuse to your message, to us or to anyone: describe it only.

If a child is in immediate danger, contact the police or emergency services in your country first. LibComPlus cannot be used to reach emergency services.

What we do

  • Prevention. Images and videos shared in conversations, groups, moments, channels, on profiles and in shops are automatically analysed to detect clearly illegal content. Content detected as illegal is not distributed, or is no longer visible to anyone. Public videos are also checked by our moderation team before they go online.
  • Alert and priority. A child safety report immediately alerts our moderation team: a single report is enough to open a case, handled with top priority. We aim to review it within 24 hours.
  • Removal and account closure. When content breaks these standards, we remove it and close the account responsible: it can no longer sign in, post, write or call. A live in progress is stopped.
  • Reporting to the authorities. As required by law, we report child sexual abuse material to the competent authorities.
  • Preservation of evidence. The content and account involved in a child safety case are kept separately: they are neither erased nor deleted, even at their author's request. Only authorised members of our team can access them, and every access is recorded.
  • Cooperation. We respond to requests from law enforcement and competent judicial authorities, in accordance with the law. Authorities can write to [email protected].

Point of contact
